Here are the details for the HALLOWEEN party.

The party takes place on Saturday 31st October.
Takes place at: Main hall
Starts at: 5pm
Costume contest entries submitted between: 6pm-7pm
Costume contest judgings revealed(by the principal)at: 8pm
Halloween games: 8.30pm-9.30pm
Finishes at: 10pm

Other:
-I Will be controlling the principal for the costume contest announcements.
-Halloween games are mini-games which you may or may-not take part in.
-Any characters may voulenteer themselves for helping set up, DJ, etc. By going to see Mr Agles.
-If they apply for helping with the party, their free period will be spent in Mr Agles room preparing. This club will start on 24th October unless i state otherwise.

Details for the NON-HALLOWEEN Party.
Takes place at: Girls' lounge, bottom of girls' dorm block.
Starts at: 5pm
Games start at: 6pm
Games finish at: 7pm
Party finishes at: 10pm

Other:
-There will be no costume contests (but your character is still allowed to come in costume if they want.)
-The spare time is for whatever you want, in this time your character may dance, socialise, watch films, play games, etc.
-The games are mini-games which you may or may-not take part in.
-Any characters may voulenteer themselves for helping set up, DJ, etc. By going to see Mr Braane
-If they apply for helping with the party, their free period will be spent in Mr Braane's classroom preparing. The club starts on 24th October unless i state otherwise.

Nobody dared talk as Kyra joined the back to the line of students. She swung the doors open and allowed everyone to enter. She sighed to herself as she went to her desk and examined the other students in the room before beginning on 100 lines of "I must now through erasers at my teacher", 100 lines of "Violent behavior will not be tollerated" and an 800 word essay on how to behave in class. She scribbled angrilly in the corner of her paper to make her pen work before beginning the task. She hoped that the ones who took the other detention were having more fun than her, but at least she wasn't alone, a few of her freinds were in there too.

Saphira put a sheet of lined paper on to her lap and gave her mouse a pen. She quietly asked if he would help and he nodded before grabbing the pen in his mouth and slowly scratching out untidy letters on her lap. She then bent over and started on the 800 word essay. She sighed. She had promised to give the bird bread crumbs and now she couldn't.

She closed her eyes and once again the small bird was summoned into her open pencil case. She tweeted quietly under her breath before sending the bird back out again. Now it can find the teacher that ran the nature ramble and she would feed it something.

Alex sighed and wrote out his 47th line. He didn't really notice what he was doing and he was on autopilot as he scribbled away and thought of Halloween. What shall he go as? A vampire? A ghost? He smiled he knew. A bat. Nobody would go as a bat. He could buy a bat costume and customize it.

Josh hated writing out lines. He was sat near Saphira and he smiled as he watched her mouse drag the pen slowly over the paper to make a shaky e. He saw Saphira muttering instructions under her breath as she wrote out the essay. He wished he had a clever pet mouse. Very few people knew about Saphira's only him, Sophie and Kyra. Maybe Alex too. He wrote out another line and sighed. He hadn't thrown anything. Well not until the teacher had ran screaming from the classroom.

This was so boring.

Maya focused on her lines on the paper.
Well this is boring. Thought Maya. I wonder how everyone else is getting on, a few of my friends are stuck in detention today too.
Maya was sitting at a desk which was next to Kyra's. She looked around for anyone else she quickly turned her head and saw Seth behind her.
"Face the front young lady," Said the teacher at the front of the classroom.
"But if i face the front i can't possibly write on the paper," Said Maya. A few people in the classroom giggled quietly.
"Get on with your work unless you want two detentions in one day!"
Maya rolled her eyes at Kyra and started to quickly scribble lines in her messiest handwriting.
Well if they make me stay behind for something i'm not responsible for then i'm not going to put all of my effort into it.

Kyra was slumped so far down in her chair that only her shoulders and head showed above the table. She had only just finished and lunch had started 15 minutes ago. Her wrist ached. she took her papers to the front and after 10 minutes the principal looked up from her work. "There's only 796" she stated while pointing a bony finger at Kyra's essay. "Begin over" she comanded as she tore the essay in two and handed Kyra a new piece of paper. Kyra stood with her mouth wide open hoping that this was a nightmare, but it wasnt. She furiously scribbled down words again trying to catch up to the rest of the class.

Katia sat down in detention and was told about the lines
'oh whoopeeeee.......'
Katia put her pen to paper and wrote down the lines as quickly as possible making sure it didn't come out as chicken scratch and again with the 800 word essay, she knew she was the first to finish and wanted to rub it in peoples faces, so she stood up and walked to the front of the class,
''what do you need?''
''i'm done''
''you cant possibly be done its only 20 past'' she began counting the lines and actually reading them looking for mistakes
''ok then, you may go''
As Katia walked out she noticed some of the class looking at her so she gave them a quick smirk of triumph,
'They probeby havn't guessed that at my old school i had detention practically everyday, i've learned how to write quickly yet neatly'Katia had always tried to get detention when she was living with her uncle so that she could deliberatly miss the bus and have to walk home, to make sure she had hardly anytime to spend in the same house as her step-auntie because Thea went to work at 5 and if Katia had detention then walked she got home around half 4, Katia thought about this and smiled while standing in the que for pizza and chips.

Seth finished with a relieved smile as he took his work to the front and waited anxiously. She nodded and his smile spread, he was free!. Kyra saw people begin to leave so she sped up her writing.

Outside seth took a few steps back and dived into the angry mob of people trying to buy dinner, it was rush hour. He eremeged from the crowd eventually wth lunch even though he had been elbowed and punched getting there. He was starving.

Kyra's stomach grumbled loudly, she hadnt ate breakfast and she wanted to eat but she had to finish this stupid work. She glared angrilly at the teacher as she carried on writing.

Saphira furiously scribbled down the last of her liens and her mouse held up the other half of the work. She smiled before walking towards the front and handing in her work. The head nodded and tossed the work into the bin as Saphira turned around and headed to the cafeteria. She was starving.

Josh sprang up with his work and handed it over to the head teacher before grabbing his bag and leaving. FREEDOM! He was so hungry and he knew the queues would be huge. He decided he hated Mr. Agles.

Alex's wrist ached as he started to come to the end of the essay. He would be out of here soon and he would be able to eat something. He frowned and paused as he decided how to close his essay off. He shook his head and continued. What was he thinking? This didn't have to be a masterpiece!

'Oww...my hand!' May thought silently. 'Perhaps throwning those rubbers was not the best thing to do...' She had finished her lines, the boring part, and was now onto her essy, which not only was hard to keep track of number of words, but she couldn't think of anything to write!
'I suppose I could try and harvest someone's mind reading power, to see what to write, but I don't dare use it!' So she sat, for what seemed like hours, bored out of her wits writing. When she finally finished, there were only a few left in the room, and lunch was nearly over.
2Finished miss!" May called. She took her work up to the front and waited for the 'all clear'.
"You may leave." The headteacher said, eventually. She dashed off to the canteen, just grabbing the last pasta before the boy, who was running to get it, did. Then she looked around for Maya in the dining hall.

I don't see the point of this they just rip our essays to shreds anyway
Maya had waited for May to come out but she hadn't seen her. But she was late enought anyway she had asked Jake where May was and he said she had already gone.
"I know how to get there quickly," Jake smiled with a glint in his eye.
He grabbed Maya's arm and in a flash of light they had dropped onto the grass with a loud thud.
"I've really got to work on landings," Said Jake.
"Oh well that cut a few minutes off the walk."
Maya hurried along the corridor and set off to find May in the dining room. She snuck up behind her and:

Gender: Female (despite the name...i just like the name carter for a girl)
desciption of looks: She doesn't have a specific look, she canges her style and attitude daily, she even dies her hair and wears coloured contacts usually, but her natural hair colour is blond and her actual eye colour is blue.
Powers: you guys probebly wont get this but her power is 7 deadly sin control, like each sin she has control over is a power, but all of them counts as 1 power but she won't have any more' you'll find out each sin power when ive figured them out
personality:no one really knows what her real personality is, refer to looks
Short bio: her parents think she a freak so they sent her to bording school, but every bording school she was sent to she got kicked out for hurting other students.And now shes ended up here.

Other: in one of her first boarding schools she met a girl called Katia when she was shopping as Carters boarding school was in Katias area, so Carter and Katia are pretty good friends.

Carter had just finished unpacking from arriving and had smelt something good,
''mmmm...food'' she hadn't eaten in 4 hours since the stop on the taxi ride, she left the room and started walking to the cafeteria.

Katia had finished her lunch and was walking towards her room when she saw a girl with brown curls tied up in a ponytail, a hip-hopish lime green shirt that shows her stomach, a mini mini denim skirt and lime green shoes with heels almost as big as her head, she looked like a hip-hop artists girlfriend mixed with a slut, Katia stood their staring at her, a huge smile spreading across her face
''KAT!''
she started walking over
''can't you walk any faster!'' said Katia
''i want run in these damn hooker shoes'' she said makeing both of them giggle, they hugged
''oh my god, i can't believe its you!''

Maya glanced at the reunion between friends.
This reminds me of my friends back home they never knew i was coming here, they never knew i had powers well.. i was too careful for that
Maya returned to staring blankly at her sketchpad.
I can't believe how i can't think of an idea. I wanted something really special unique to me.
"Got it!" Maya exclaimed out loud by accident making May jump.
"Got what?" Asked May puzzled.
Maya mumbled something and started frustratingly scribbling a design onto the paper.

Kyra fianlly finished, after almost everyone else had left, she didn't see any point on getting lunch now but she had snacks in her room so she slowly walked back, it was nice to be out of that class and back again where there was space.

After helping herself to a bag or crisps and a sandwhich which she had for an unexplainable reason she picked up her drawng pag and pencils. She didn't care if haloween has weeks away she was going to design her costume. SAhe studied the paper and then began to sketch faintly on it, her pencil barely touching it. She had the perfecty idea and she hoped desperatly that nobody would have the same one.

''Right.... so is there any food here?'' Carter said
''Your always thinking of your stomach...how do you each so much and stay skinny?''
''i dont know''
After Carter finished lunch Katia took her for a tour of the school,
''you know you should really change clothes''
''but this is MY style....for today atleast...you know you need a new style''

Katia said remembering how annoying carter can be at times
They walked to Carters room, she rooted round her wardrobe and found a new outfit, she came out of the Bathroom wearing shiny leather trousers that griped at her skin tightly, a red ripped top with the name of some band on it, knee high boots and tons of eyeliner and red lipstick, she was also wearing black fishnet wristguards and a black nosering with a red gem on it.
''C'mon i wanna see if theres any cool guys here'' Carter said in a new tone of voice which sounded like a bands lead singer.

Jake sat down at a table with Seth.
Why are all the girls suddenly drawing their costumes the party is ages away. Maya has just finished drawing hers he said as Maya slid her sketchbook and pencils into her bag. Is that all she ever carries around? Mayleen had drawn hers already because i heard her begging people to look at it. And Kyra over there is still drawing. How do they get all of their ideas. I'm going to go simple hmm... an erm... vampire. Yes a vampire that'll do.

Maya watched how she was putting her sketchbook into her bag. She put it in carefully as not to ruin it.
Now all i have to do is make it real but i'm going to do that where it is quiet.
"Are you coming May you said you wanted me to make your costume design real."
May nodded an Maya was glad she had one power she could control properly.
Maybe i should start charging. Maya joked to herself.

Kyra blew the paper to clear any unwanted pieces of graphite that had gathered and admired her work, it was perfect. She wasnt goign to let anyone see it to she hit it in the room in a place that nobody would guess.

Seth wondered why all the girls were already drawing costumes out, he had no idea what to go as yet. He wondered if he would find a costume in time. The bell would ring in 5 minutes. The best lesson of the day was next. Free lesson.

Kyra looked at the clock then gathered her art pencils and sketch's, she wanted to go 5 minutes early to talk to the teacher. She causiously knocked on the door which flung open and a woman with frizzy blonde hair held up in a top knot smiled.
"Hello?, erm i was wondering if i could join art club i was absent last week..." she said
"Ah more young youth's appreciating art" She said as she examined the sketches that Kyra had placed into her hand. "SPLENDID" she shrieked as she danced about. Kyra exaimed the woman wearing half moon glassers on the end of her nose and a rose in her hair. "Er.. thankyou Mrs Gough" she answerd becoming a little anxious around the excentric woman.

" Please take a seat on table 1, today we shall be exploring the outside world, we must be free, we must become one with nature" she cried dramatically as she gestured towards a table and handed Kyra's art back. The bell rang just as she reached her seat.

"Welcome students come in, come in." Boomed the photography teacher, "Today we will be developing the photographs you took on the school grounds last week. I am looking forward to see what you took now come on get ready your going to have to present your pictures to everyone else at the end."
Some of the students groaned at the idea of this but there weren't that many people anyway so it wouldn't take long.
Maya pulled her camera out of it's case it was quite a modern one but not too bulky so it was easy to carry around.

Jake sat down to listen to what the librarian was saying.
"Now everyone i want a book reveiw of your favourite book today and i want you to read it out at the end."
Cries of protests went through the library.
I'm rubbish at talking to the class i always end up shaking and saying the words wrong.
Maya was having the same thoughts too they were both nervous about speaking to the class so it would be bad for both of them.

Katia lead Carter to the art room
''ok here you go bye bye'' said Katia while trying to make a break for the gym but then carter grabbed her and dragged her inside the room.
''Hi we're here to join art club'' Carter said smirking with her glossy red lips at the teacher ''I'm Carter''
Carter took a seat next to some gothic looking girl and grabbed Katia and pushed her into the chair beside her, Carter turned to the gothic girl
''hi im Carter,Katias friend''
'Oh here we go...'Thought Katia looking to see what expression was on Kyras face

Sophie took her new-ish camera out of it's bag, her parents sent it a while ago, but time seemed to fly by since then.
"Hey Maya, what did you take pictures of last week? I took a couple of extras with Claire this morning, they were mostly of trees, but i thought they looked good at the time." Sophie giggled and mixed up the fluids to develop her photos in.
"I like that one..." Sophie pointed out one of Maya's photos of another dragonfly. Sophie looked at her dismal photos, but there were a few that stood out, She was going to submit these for her mark.
The first one was a picture of Claire messing around and jumping off of a bench, the second one was of Saphira and Kyra sitting together one lunch, and the 3rd was of Alex, just... smiling.

"Cool, i like your outfit...are you new? and Hey Katia" she replied nodding slightly. She told the class about todays piece and recieved a ridiculous but rude question about what she meant by "becoming one with nature" Kyra held her laugh in but smirked at the comment. She hoped that Mrs Gough wouldn't go mad.
"Brilliant! but not this lesson i am afraid. I see your open artistic mind springing up into the air like a thousand birds" she praised. Everybody was laughing still.
"Humour is cleansing for the soul and mind" she sang as she danced around the room handing card out.

Seth couldn't wait to see his photos. He had been waiting for a week. He took a seat near Maya and waited nervously hoping that his dragonfly image would come out well. His heart began to beat a little faster when he sat near her but he ignored it. "Must be what i ate for lunch" he mumbled to himself in an attempt to convince his mind that she was just an average girl.

The bell rang out loudly and Saphira made her way to the gates. This week they were going to be planting small trees around the grounds. Soon Josh joined her.
"Ok class. Seeing as there aren't that many of you here, I want you all to split up into pairs and take a tree each." Josh and Saphira stepped forwards and took a tree.

They had been talking to each other a lot during free period and class and were pretty close friends.

Alex stood up in class and once again attempted flight. He had been so depressed lately that he hadn't managed to do any of his powers. He sighed and once again thought of the halloween party. Suddenly he shot up into the air. Happiness. It worked!

''what does she mean?'' asked Carter
''and i'm supposed to know?'
''ok''
Carter started an outline of some evil looking girl holding a whip and Katia drew a little girl smiling and then spattered red paint on it.
''do you think i should change my outfit again before class?''
''girl, how many clothes have you got?''
''31 pairs of shoes,over 70 shirts, 28 pairs of trousers, and then theres accessorys..i really n eed to give you a makeover''
''stop bringing that up!''
''miss! Katia has some special art stuff in her room, can we go get it?''
the teacher nodded and Carter dragged Katia back to her room and sat her on her bed.
''wait right here''said Carter ''I'm just gonna get my hair stuff for you''
''but..'' It was no use, Carter was already gliding accross the room looking for hair stuff,make-up and clothes to put on Katia.

Maya developed her photo's steadily so she would not smudge them.
There was one print she liked of a graceful dragonfly gliding just above the ground.
That one is definately going in for my mark now what else is there.
Maya studied all of her pictures carefully there was the one of Saphira in the nature club with lots of the birds hovering around her and perched on her shoulders. And there was a bugs eye view of one of the tall buildings on the school grounds the sun shone on it perfectly producing little glints in the windows and rainbows in the water fountain next to it.
"How many pictures do we have to choose," asked Maya.
"As many as you like smiled the teacher.
Maya looked at a few photo's she had hung up to dry they were water reflections there was one of the sun shining on the rippling water and a rainbow reflected on it. There was another one of a group of people with there backs reflected into the water. And the last one was of the school logo reflected in a puddle by the gate.
Maya arranged her photos ready in the order she was going to present them.
"Hey Sophie are you planning to help out with the halloween party? I am i just forgot to ask at break i guess i'll do it later. So are you going to help?"

Jake was busily scribbling on his paper he finished with a full stop and then wrote his name on the top.
I always forget to write my name on the paper, i wonder where Katia is? Oh well i am getting on with some of the people in this class i just wish more of my friends were in it. Maybe i should switch, i have always wanted to join a nature club but if you went in one at my old school you were picked on badly. That's it starting from next week i'm in the nature class. Decided Jake to himself.

Kyra smiled. Even though this girl hadnt really wanted to talk to her at least Katia was happy now. She had someone to talk to. Kyra thought carefully and began to sketch a sad boy walking down a dim lit street and an angel hugging him from his back. It was a poweful image, he couldn't tell that she was there but she was keeping him safe. She began to add detail to the hair making the angel's blonde hair blow lightly in the breeze.

Seth looked through his photos. He had a beautiful dragonfly sat on a flower. It looked so natural yet beautiful. He had a deep pond with ripples spreading across it where he had thrown a stone in. A rainbow and so many other beautiful pictures, then he stopped at one. He had accidently got a picture of Maya while trying to photograph a bird. He shoved it in his pocket and handed his selected photos in.

"I guess i might help out, i don't know. Hey, what do you think of these photos?" Sophie held up her 3 best photos for Maya to judge.

Claire listened to the book club teacher dribble on about something. She didn't really care for book club anymore, she wanted to join something more exciting.
"Excuse me..." Claire politely got up from the chair and made her way out of the library and tried to find the powers club.
"Excuse me sir... Is this the powers club?" Claire poked her head around the corner of the door.
"Yes it is, please take a seat!" Mr Agles was in a better mood that a few days ago.
